Bus doors provider Ventura Systems announces the opening of a new sales and service office in Japan.

Located in the city of Kobe, the new facility aims to strengthen Ventura’s local presence and “enhances our ability to support bus manufacturers and Japanese operators in the transition to a modern, zero-emission bus fleet”, the supplier states.

The company celebrated 30 years of activity in 2024. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in the Netherlands, Ventura specializes in the design and manufacture of innovative door systems for buses and coaches. The company, family-owned, supplies its solutions to vehicle manufacturers and operators in over 40 countries worldwide.

Ventura Systems new office in Japan

The office embraces on-site service engineers and dedicated parts availability. Ventura Japanese office is supported by the already existing Hong Kong office, Singapore and Australia.

Ventura door systems have already been deployed by Japanese brands such as Toyota on the Sora fuel cell bus. The Dutch brand stresses that “With 30 years of global experience, we understand the dynamics of  passenger flows and the challenges faced by buses in urban environments. We use this insight to advise vehicle manufacturers and Japanese operators on door system configurations, tailored to the specific needs of Japanese cities”.
