Nexfeld has appointed NextStop as sales partner for its planning and scheduling software solutions across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The partnership assigns NextStop, led by mobility expert Udo Steinmeier, the role of commercial representative for Nexfeld solutions in the DACH mobility market. The company will support engagement with transport operators and mobility organisations in the region, including identifying operational requirements and assisting the sales process.
Nexfeld to strengthen in the DACH area
Nexfeld provides software solutions for planning and scheduling, operations management and intelligent transport systems for public transport operators and authorities. The company originates from the former Trapeze FX EU planning and scheduling business unit, part of the broader reorganisation that led to the creation of several specialised brands.
According to a Nexfeld press release, the collaboration aims to strengthen the company’s commercial presence in the DACH mobility market through cooperation with an experienced regional partner.
Nexfeld’s portfolio includes solutions for planning and scheduling, ITCS and ITS systems, automation and optimisation tools, e-mobility support and operational management. At the core of the offering is TRAICY, a web-based platform integrating planning, scheduling and operations into a single system for transport organisations.
“With Udo Steinmeier and NextStop, we are working with a partner who knows both our solutions and the mobility market in the DACH region extremely well,” said Pieter Stroop van Renen, Director Marketing & Sales at Nexfeld. “Udo understands our customers, their challenges, and how our planning and scheduling solutions create value. This makes NextStop a strong and trusted sales partner for Nexfeld in this important market.”
“Working with Nexfeld is an important step for me in further advancing the mobility market in the DACH region,” says Udo Steinmeier, NextStop. “Together, we combine deep market knowledge with a collaborative, partnership-oriented approach. This enables solutions that truly support transport operators. I look forward to working closely with customers and creating real added value for their operations.”
