Holon has appointed Martin Lischka as Head of Sales & Marketing and Jonas Seyfferth as Head of Strategy as it expands its management team ahead of market entry.
The appointments concern two central functions within Holon’s organisational structure and were announced by parent company Benteler in an official company release.
Holon operates within a partner-based full-service model alongside ioki, following its acquisition in January 2026 by Benteler, and Benteler Mobility, which manages fleet operations, service activities and financing facilitation for autonomous vehicle deployments.
Martin Lischka and Jonas Seyfferth join Benteler
Holon, the autonomous mobility subsidiary of Benteler Group and Tasaru Mobility Investments (Saudi investor) rebranded in 2022, presented its driverless shuttle for the first time at CES 2023 in Las Vegas. and is now preparing for series production and market rollout of its first fully electric autonomous shuttle, the Holon Urban, showcased at UITP Summit in Hamburg in June. It features design by Pininfarina and sees Beep and Mobileye as development partners.
Martin Lischka takes responsibility for Holon’s sales and marketing activities across Europe, the United States and the Gulf States, covering customer-facing commercial operations, brand positioning and market development. According to Benteler, his role includes the coordination of global sales structures and customer engagement activities in these regions.

Lischka joins Holon from a background spanning automotive OEMs and zero-emission mobility companies. He previously held senior roles at Audi and Automobili Pininfarina, focusing on product strategy, portfolio planning and go-to-market frameworks for electric vehicles, before moving to Quantron, where he covered global product management, corporate strategy and marketing. Most recently, he served since April 2025 as Chief Executive Officer of Arthur Holding.
Jonas Seyfferth has been appointed Head of Strategy, with responsibility for Holon’s strategic direction within the wider autonomous mobility activities of the Benteler Group. The role is positioned at the intersection of vehicle development, software-based mobility services and operational models.
Seyfferth joins Holon from Strategy&, the strategy consulting division of PwC, where he spent nearly a decade as Director leading large-scale strategy and transformation projects in automotive, mobility and industrial sectors. His work focused on data-driven business models, operating model design, digital unit setup and corporate venture development. Earlier in his career, he held management roles in strategy consulting and served as Managing Director of squeaker.net GmbH, where he led the development of the company’s digital platform.

“Autonomous mobility will not enter the market through technology alone,” explains Dr. Sven Herzig, CSO at Holon. “Consistent customer focus and the ability to implement an integrated mobility solution in a scalable way, together with our partners, are crucial. This is exactly the experience and expertise that Martin Lischka and Jonas Seyfferth bring.”
“Holon stands out with its holistic approach and clear customer focus. Within the company and together with our leading partners in technology, software, engineering, and design, we do not work on isolated components — we create an integrated solution. The autonomous vehicle, software, financing, and services, integrated with fleet operations, are conceived as a single solution. This combination is our unique selling point in addressing the market’s mobility needs,” says Martin Lischka.
Jonas Seyfferth adds: “For me, the appeal of this role lies in turning strategy into action,” says Seyfferth. “HOLON is at a crucial stage. Our task is to translate clear goals into defined focus areas and systematic capability development. In the dynamic mobility environment, strategy, organization, and technology must be closely interlinked.”
