Iveco Bus will launch a new CNG-powered midibus at Busworld Europe 2025. Named G-Way (and also included in the shortlist of finalist for the Sustainable Bus Award 2026, that will be handed over at the expo), the bus is biomethane-compatible and will be presented for the first time, as will be the case for the eDaily Low Entry Minibus, which will be extending Iveco Bus’s zero-emission urban offering.
In Brussels Iveco Bus will present a comprehensive lineup that embodies its strategic commitment to technological neutrality in supporting the energy transition across the passenger transport sector.
Iveco Bus to launch the G-Way at Busworld 2025
The G-Way is claimed as being the narrowest biomethane midibus on the market, available in 9.5 and 10.7-meter lengths with a width of just 2.33 meters, making it a versatile choice for operators facing accessibility challenges.
Complementing the G-Way, the eDaily Low Entry Minibus marks Iveco Bus’s expansion in electric urban mobility, offering a fully zero-emission solution designed for flexible, last-mile urban passenger transport. This new electric minibus broadens the manufacturer’s portfolio, addressing diverse operational needs with sustainable technology.
Beyond these premieres, Iveco Bus will showcase the 12-meter electric city bus E-Way, “equipped with the latest battery technology, capable of operating for a full day on a single charge”, as Iveco Bus states without providing further details (until now). The Crossway Low Entry Elec and Crossway Elec models, also battery-electric, target zero-emission interurban and peri-urban mobility, benefiting from the latest high-energy-density batteries to maximize operational range and reliability.
In addition, the Evadys coach, also on display at Busworld, offers versatility with compatibility for biofuels, tailored for long-distance missions including tour operator shuttles and regular lines, illustrating Iveco Bus’s commitment to diverse fuel technologies to meet various transport needs.
At the exhibition, Iveco Bus will also emphasize its holistic ecosystem of services designed to support operators through every phase of fleet deployment and operation. The Energy Mobility Solutions platform provides tailored assistance for electromobility projects, acting as a system integrator. Digital features and connectivity through the Iveco ON platform enable proactive operation management. Moreover, comprehensive customer support includes original spare parts, training, and 24/7 service, supported by the broadest dealer and service network in the industry.
