Temsa announces it has signed a partnership with Germany-based Hofmeister & Meincke to distribute spare parts directly across Germany, Austria and Switzerland through a 26-location logistics network.

The agreement represents a targeted move by Temsa to reinforce its after-sales infrastructure in Central Europe, with a clear focus on improving spare parts availability and delivery speed in the DACH region.

Under the partnership, Hofmeister & Meincke will distribute Temsa spare parts directly from its logistics hubs, enabling local deliveries to customers and service partners. The model is designed to reduce lead times and reliance on centralized warehouses, while improving service continuity for operators in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Temsa and Hofmeister & Meincke: decentralized logistics approach

Hofmeister & Meincke, founded in 1908, is one of Germany’s established distributors of truck and bus spare parts, vehicle body components, construction machinery parts, forklift components and hydraulic systems. The company operates 25 locations in Germany and one in Austria, for a total of 26 shipment hubs, supported by a portfolio exceeding one million product references.

As part of the agreement, Temsa spare parts will be listed on Hofmeister & Meincke’s digital platforms and supplied directly from its regional distribution centres. For Temsa, the partnership provides immediate access to a dense logistics network already serving professional fleet operators and workshops, without requiring additional physical infrastructure investments.
