The framework
Markets with strong coachbuilding traditions, such as Spain, offer valuable insight into how partnership-based industrial models can help the sector remain competitive while adapting to rapid technological change.
Bringing together OEMs, bodybuilders, technology suppliers and operators, this conference session will explore how cooperative development models can be implemented, under which conditions they create value, and with what impact on delivery times, customer satisfaction and industrial sustainability.
Within this framework, the session will also reflect how OEMs are progressively redefining their role — from manufacturers of vehicles to integrators of platforms, services and solutions — and how this evolution can support the large-scale deployment of zero-emission buses.
The goal is to assess how shared industrial strategies can accelerate the roll-out of zero-emission buses while supporting sustainable margins and long-term value creation for all stakeholders.
