Maribor in Slovenia has taken delivery of four 9.5-meter Iveco Bus E-Way midibuses. Two vehicles belonging to the same family, but in the 12-meter size, were delivered in Maribor in 2022.

These vehicles bring the total number of electric buses in Maribor to 14. The new units, each 9.5 meters long and 2.33 meters wide, are designed for agility and efficiency on narrow urban routes.

The midibuses, offering full accessibility and capacity for up to 64 passengers, will operate on lines P7, P17, and P19—three routes now fully electrified and connected to the city’s G5 and G6 lines. Together, they contribute to improving air quality and reducing the environmental footprint of Maribor’s public transport network.
