Busworld Europe 2025 extends on “85,000 square meters fully filled, 9 halls, 6.8 km corridors, gathering 81 bus builders. In total: 550 exhibitors from 40 countries. We had 7,000 square meters of cancellations but we were able to fill them quickly”, said managing director Mieke Glorieux during the press conference held in the afternoon of October 2nd, on the eve of the press day of the expo. She spoke after Redgy Deschacht, president of Busworld (picture).

“252 vehicles are exhibited at Busworld 2025, plus 32 vehicles outside for demonstrations. It’s 5.1 km of buses, if you put them one in front of the other”, Glorieux added.

Changing scenarios in terms of countries

The previous edition of the fair, Busworld Europe 2023, hosted 526 exhibitors, including 75 bus builders (representing an increase from the 66 bus builders present in 2019) from 38 different countries. What about number of vehicles? 222, with 29 of them available for outdoor demonstrations.

It means that in 2025 the number of exhibitors grew 4%, the surface covered increased 12%, the number of vehicles of 27%.

The shortlist of the most represented countries between exhibitors at Busworld Europe 2025 is a testament of the changing scenarios of the bus business.
