Custom Denning has appointed Martin West as Head of Sales and Commercial as the Australian bus manufacturer prepares the UK launch of its Element 2.2 electric bus.

Custom Denning has announced the appointment of Martin West as Head of Sales and Commercial, the first addition to its UK team since Antony Goozee took the position of CEO Europe in July 2026.

According to Custom Denning, West joins the company in August and will lead its sales and commercial activities as the manufacturer develops its presence in the UK and European electric bus markets.

The appointment comes as Custom Denning prepares for the official launch of the fully electric Element 2.2 and the opening of its UK and European headquarters in the East Midlands.

West brings more than 30 years of bus industry experience to Custom Denning. His appointment follows that of Antony Goozee as CEO Europe, effective from 1 July 2026. Goozee is responsible for Custom Denning’s European operations and UK commercial activities.
