Masats will exhibit for the first time at the Australasian Bus & Coach Expo, taking place on 15–16 July at Sydney Showground, where the Spanish doors manufacturer will showcase its latest bus door and accessibility solutions for urban transport.
Although this marks Masats’ first participation as an exhibitor at the Australian trade fair, the company says its automatic door systems have been supplied for luxury coaches operating in Australia for several years.

Among the products on display will be the 028d sliding door, designed for high passenger flows, together with the RT1 electric telescopic ramp, developed to improve accessibility for passengers with reduced mobility through an extended deployment length. Masats will also present its inward-opening door solution aimed at enhancing accessibility.
The company will further showcase the 029g2 electric inward-opening door, engineered to reduce weight while increasing the passenger entrance width. Combined with the RM2 manual ramp, the system is intended to provide a flexible accessibility solution for different operating requirements.
According to Masats, participation in the Australasian Bus & Coach Expo forms part of its international growth strategy and is intended to strengthen its presence in Australia, where the company aims to expand relationships with vehicle manufacturers and public transport operators.
