Well, the T-Series, models T15 Acron (LHD and RHD), the T17 Acron (LHD), the T16 Astron (LHD and RHD), the T17 Astron (LHD and RHD), the TDX21 Altano (LHD and RHD), the TDX25 Astromega (LHD), and the TDX 27 Astromega (LHD RHD) remain alive. Models therefore both left-hand drive LHD and right-hand drive RHD.

Next, in a letter signed Marc van Doorm, director VDL-Van Hool, it is announced that “with about 250 former Van Hool employees in Koningshooikt (Belgium) and about 1,300 employees in Skopje (Macedonia), we continue to produce Van Hool coaches with pride and passion. After careful evaluation of the touring range, we have decided to continue producing the following models under the Van Hool brand name for our European customers in left-hand drive (LHD) and right-hand drive (RHD) versions.”

So, it is let it be known that “arrangements will be made with the respective customers for the further elimination of coaches that started production in Macedonia before the bankruptcy. To better serve our customers, an after-sales service point will be started in Koningshooikt this year. We will inform you about the European service network in the near future.”
