PEI Mobility provides bus bellows to Castrosua

“The hose guiding system for electric feeding is suitable for housing high-voltage cables and is hidden from outside thanks to the in bellow built-in extension, giving a clean aspect and an innovative design”, PEI underlines.

PEI adds that its “hose guiding system is patented about two features: the pulley helps bus movements giving high reliability and avoiding tensions on electric cables, then the leaf spring supporting the cables: this is composed of a multiple leaf (not a single piece as usual on the market) designed for easy and effective maintenance, as every section may be replaced without acting on the entire mechanism”.

Furthermore the internal bellows fixing to chassis is a patented system allowing fast assembly and disassembly and giving rigidity to the whole structure.
