The Novus City V7 from Altas Auto

The Lithuanian manufacturer’s midibus is a sui generis vehicle, spanning 7.5 meters in length, capable of accommodating up to 35 passengers. The Novus City V7 is powered by a Dana Tm4 engine, while lithium-ion batteries (140 kWh) are supplied by Catl and are allocated to the rear and roof, and guarantee – the manufacturer says – 300 km of range on a single charge.

Altas and Zhongton’s goal was to offer a full electric range to the market by 2025, and now with the 7.5-meter model available to order, an important step has been taken in this direction.

«European cities and intercity routes require space-efficient and versatile vehicles. The Novus City V7 is built to meet these needs, offering operators a reliable bus that combines capacity with ease of use and efficiency. Operators from different parts of Europe provided us with valuable feedback during the testing phase, which we used to refine the Novus City V7. The result is a vehicle that meets the practical needs of European carriers while maintaining high standards of performance and comfort», said Edvardas Radzevičius, Ceo of Altas Auto.
